

1. General
These booking conditions apply to all reservations and agreements between Shepherd Hutten Hunsel (hereinafter: we or us) and the guest (hereinafter: you).

By making a reservation via our website or by email, you agree to these conditions.
2. Reserving and confirming

Reservations can be made via our website or by email.
-
A reservation is binding as soon as you have received written or digital confirmation from us.

Please check the confirmation carefully; any inaccuracies must be reported within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to refuse reservations without giving reasons, for example in cases of force majeure or incorrect information.

3. Payment

When making a reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
-
For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Payment can be made via iDEAL, bank transfer, or a recognized online payment platform.

4. Cancellation by the guest
In case of cancellation by the guest, the following conditions apply:

More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the amount paid minus €25 administration costs.

Between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount due.

Within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount due.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

5. Cancellation by Shepherd Hutten Hunsel

In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, technical malfunctions, illness, or government measures), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

You will then receive a full refund of any amounts already paid.

Further liability is excluded.

6. Stay and house rules

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
-
Check-out: no later than 11:00 a.m.
-
Our cabins are suitable for up to 2 people (unless otherwise stated).

Pets are not allowed.
-
Smoking and open fires are not allowed in or near the cabins.

Please be respectful of nature, silence, and fellow guests.

7. Liability

We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
-
Use of the accommodation, facilities, and surrounding grounds is at your own risk.
-
Any damage to the accommodation, furnishings, or grounds caused by you or your fellow guests will be charged.

8. Complaints and disputes
We do everything we can to make your stay pleasant. If you have a complaint, please report it as soon as possible during your stay so that we can work together to find a solution.
​
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

9. Privacy
When you make a reservation, your personal data will only be used to process your booking and we comply with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, see also here).
